Can you help if my artwork is not finished?
Yes. Send the file or draft you have and tell us what you want to print. We help identify the next steps and clarify what needs preparing for your chosen product.
Which print file should I send?
Send the best version you have. A PDF, vector artwork or high-resolution image can be useful. If fonts or linked images are missing, we help identify what is needed. You can attach files to your enquiry or share a file link.
What if I am unsure about size or scale?
Tell us the product and intended final size if you know them, using width before height: for example, W 100 × H 200 cm. Artwork can be prepared at scale; tell us the scale you used, or ask us to help check it. We can also guide you if the final size is not decided yet.
Why can a print template be larger than the product?
A template may include extra space for bleed, cutting, sewing or mounting. That means the file dimensions can be larger than the visible graphic or finished product. Use the template for your selected product and size, or let us help you find it.
Can you help with brand colours and image quality?
Share any important brand colour references and tell us where the print will be used. Material, lighting, final size and viewing distance all affect the result. We help you assess the artwork and discuss suitable options for your project.
