What do the millimetres mean?
15, 28, 44, 45 and 100 refer to profile depth, not print size or a quality ranking. Compare the mounting, print faces and format as well as the depth.

Your textile frame questions
Can I order a frame to my own dimensions?
Yes, the Smart Frame profiles here are available in custom formats. Enter an approximate width and height, or send us the space you want to cover. Pop-Up and Lucid lightboxes have the fixed formats shown in their selectors. We will confirm the configuration and installation with you.
Does an acoustic frame soundproof the room?
An acoustic frame contains a sound-absorbing layer. It should not be treated as a guarantee of soundproofing or a particular noise reduction. Tell us about the room and we will help assess the suitable configuration.
Should I make my artwork the same size as the frame?
Not necessarily. The finished print and artwork may need allowances for edging, cutting and mounting. Request a template for the chosen system and dimensions. Our automated file support and team can help prepare your files.
Can you support a campaign across several stores?
Yes. Send us the locations, frame references and required graphics. We can help coordinate the formats and make repeat orders easier when your campaign changes.
